Probably the most fun wedding we have ever produced! Both for our team and the couple & their guests… Sifnos being the couple's island of preference, we organised a 2 day event for everyone invited. The pre-wedding party was held by the sea, literally on the beach with hanging paper string lights, Greek style rattan rugs, poufs and checkered tablecloths… The next day the wedding ceremony was held in the central church of Artemonas (a village in Sifnos) which was decorated with a bougainvillea arch and colourful Greek festival flags… It was followed by a dinner & party that took place on the main “square” of the village. The setup was taken out of a colourful, Mamma Mia themed dream: we mixed and matched long taverna tables and chairs, used bespoke striped tablecloths in three colour combinations to match our stoneware plates, ceramic pots with locally grown plants, large traditional pots filled with fuchsia bougainvillea from where we hung the string lights that danced to the music all night long… Even the wedding favours were mini sized traditional island bags filled with local desserts! We will never forget this event, how in love the couple was, how they were the last ones standing. Not just our clients, but also our friends... Weddings like this is why we do what we do!
